• Work product developed specifically for a client under a paid engagement, upon full payment, becomes the property of the client.
• All website content, branding, and proprietary frameworks owned by Global IQ Services remain our exclusive property and may not be reproduced without written consent.

4. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver the Services.
• Designate an appropriate point of contact and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure all materials provided to us do not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for services are specified in individual service agreements or statements of work. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges at 1.5% per month.
• We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for accounts with outstanding balances.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global IQ Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. For paid services, we warrant that we will perform them with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards.
